  I want to share my opinion on a topic that goes to the very soul of who we are and why we started the beachcruiser.com.I first want to mention that the third picture that train posted today is not from Las Vegas Bikefest but a photo of a motorcycle built by Bourgets Bike Works.

  I got my third hate mail tonight from the same “person”.I normally would not mention it as that is our policy.I will not mention the name nor will I ever respond to this kind of attempted intimidation.We began this website because we became fed up with all the bullying,intimidation tactics,exploitation,insults, and foul language spoken by morons who do not seem to be able to commincate in any other way.We finally got sick of it and started this website.We have become a player in the industry thanks to all the people who read us.We have our readers to thank for that and we become more humbled every day.I will not mention this fools”moniker” or i.p. address nor will I respond again.This “person” is not welcome here.I think it’s interesting that only one fool has visited here without welcome to spew hatred and say some very nasty things about us and you who read us.

  Specifically,this goon doesn’t like what we have to say about OCC.He hates us and you who express their opinions.I say this is America and each and every one of us is entitled to an opinion.If this fool doesn’t like that he can do us a favor and disappear or he(or she) can move to another country where people are censored and not permitted to express themselves.

  I want to say that Jesse James and the Teutels from OCC were at the forefront of the explosion in the custom motorcycle business.I am not referring to anything other than the fact that they landed on t.v. and millions were able to see what a custom motorcycle was and what it was about.The thing took off and made Jesse rich enough to do whatever he wants and the Teutels very rich as well.The t.v. also was a stepping stone for many builders and people in the motorcycle industry.A lot of people who few,if anyone knew about became media stars and very wealthy.I mean a lot of people from builders,to painters,to parts makers,to Hugh King, to mechanics who morphed,to a lot of sattelite people who make clothes and Jewlery,and art etc. with the motorcycle as the theme.It’s kind of like professional sports.Those guys don’t make their money(outrageous amounts) because of the people who go to ball games.The money is there because of multi billion dollar t.v. deals and the sale of clothing and merchandise and whatever else they can pump out to the public.

  We have several people who have expressed an opinion on OCC on this website.We have,on occassion expressed our own opinion as well.We encourage these opinions and will continue to post what you have to say as well as what we think.We have never nor will we ever omit a positive post on OCC.The sad fact is,we haven’t gotten many if any at all.Those of you who like what OCC is doing please step up and express yourselves.You are welcome here and your opinion will be posted for all to see.As I have said from the very beginning,we have only one rule.The rule is to respect anothers opinion and their rights.We don’t do intimidation here.We feel only bottom feeders speak only  four letter words and frankly,we don’t want em here.They are not welcome.We say we are a step above and we mean it.You can come here and express yourself without fear,without ridicule,without blocking your kid from reading us.We are proud of that.

  Our opinion on OCC is pretty simple.We loved the show in the beginning.This was before Mikey(nothing against him),before all the money,before the bobble head dolls,before the destruction of property for “fun”,before they went hollywood,before all the houses and cars and equiptment and the parade of ex OCC workers who were put down and gotten rid off on a public forum.We had Nub,then we didn’t have Nub then we had Nub again.We had a very talented kid who did some of the best paint in our opinion get bounced for all to see.

  I suppose,what I am trying to say is that OCC in the beginning was fun.These guys had very little.They were struggling to get going and fulfill a dream.We dug that.This isn’t about what they built as everyone has different tastes and that’s fine.As they grew and became rich and famous the show simply got worse and worse.It is really a show about building theme bikes for companies who know little if anything about a motorcycle and use these machines for publicity and marketing.That’s fine if that’s what you’re into.We are not.Jesse James,Billy Lane,Dave Perewitz,Indian Larry(rip),Matt Hotch,Kendall Johnson,Ron Finch,Mike Pugliese,Roger Bourget,Rick Fairless,Arlen and Cory Ness,Eddie Trotta,Joe Martin,Russell Mitchell,Aaron Greene,Paul Cox,Shinya,Mondo,Rick Krost,Trevelen,and a bunch of others are the motorcycle industry to us and,to most of those who read us.I know I left out a bunch but,not on purpose.Then,there are the people who we don’t know who have immense talent and are waiting to be discovered.

  The guy who hates us and you is a fool who doesn’t get it.There are other sites for him (or her) to go to and curse and hate and to try and intimidate.You’re not welcome here.I have it in my power to make you non-existent at least on this website and,as of right now.You do not exist.
