Matt Hotch Vincent Bike Repost

September 27, 2006

Sorry folks.  We were having some major technical difficulties earlier and I had to delete the Matt Hotch post during troubleshooting.  It looks as if everything has been resolved for now (fingers crossed), so here is the pic again.

As before, our thanks go out to Grail at www.knucklebusterinc.com and the photographer, Attila.

I think the Vincent is very clean. I for one like it. Can’t wait to see the winner.

I just had to post this. I watched David Letterman tonight. Bob Seger was on. On his new album cover it shows him on an HD. This has not a thing to do with him on the HD, had to bring up motorcycles haha. But I just thought it was cool to notice about half of the Silver Bullet Band was Grand Funk Railroad. Did anyone else notice that?

Ooh, DJ! You know Grand Funk, too? You’re just full of surprises. Hey, I noticed that today is Mark Farner’s birthday and he is going to be doing a fan chatroom starting at 9:00 ET. Here is the link in case anybody wants to participate.

(Bone on the bandwagon) “Oooh when my baby kisses me,…” Sounds like a great way to enter the weekend, or end it for that matter!

    :) Be safe everyone!

Thanks ya all! DC, Bone, Train. My home town (Flint). To hell with Mikey Moore. We do have some great things that come from Flint. Thank you. I played in a band a-gin them at 60 Second Pizza on Clio Rd at battle of the bands in 1966. I think you know who won. We though were 18 out of 60 some. Not bad! They then were called the Pack. Mark came along soon after and Terry Knight helped form Grand Funk and the rest is history. DC thanks for giving Flint a special NOD. Don’t you believe Micheal Moore for one minute. He is an ass. Flint one of the most unique bands ever.

place of Knuck.Geez Knuck,I am always learning something new about you.I also played in a band in the 60’s.One of our guys was John Studebaker Hardy. He was of the Studebaker(car family) out of South Bend Indiana. His dad was Gordan(G.A.) Hardy dean of Juliard and the Aspen School of music. Those were some of the best times of my life.
I went on to promote some concerts back in the day.I promoted The Chicago Transit Authority(aka Chicago)in Hartford Conn in 1969.They hadn’t even come out with the first album.Naturally I did it for a University and made nothing.Oh well,it was a great time.

Beach, I remember you saying you had prompted (Cream) it must have been cool. What a thing to have experienced. Something to always remember fondly. I know I will. Now if you are interested go to http://www.whnn.com and you can see the Letterman spot wih Seger. The Siver Bullet band has always been a mix. I think how humble the Grand Funk guys were to be in this band. They sold more albums than any other group ever. I think it still stands. Well it’s of to work. You and The Train have a wonderful day, and ride safe Knuck

Daaaa! Chicago. I told a coworker today I thought I did that after I got to work. Sunday? I work a swing shift. I work every other week-end. It sucks but it pays the bills. And they pay me good for it too. And damn you did have a blast I’ll bet, with all that. And thanks my brother todays post were great.

Peter Cetera, Ginger Baker, Eric Clapton, Mark Farner, Brian Hines, James Taylor, Grace Slick — geez! I’m jealous of you guys! And, it’s no wonder you would get them all a little mixed up.

As they used to say, if you can you remember the 60’s you didn’t really live through it!;-) (Just kidding, of course.)

Got something to say?
