Bert Baker Interview-Complete
February 27, 2007
Hey,
My interview with Bert Baker is complete. I know it was good because I feel energized!
Bert is the genius behind Baker Drivetrain. He is the inventor, the creator.Lisa Baker, Berts wife runs the business end and together they bring us the finest products in the industry. They are a team, very much in sync and you can feel it.
Bert is a very busy person yet he found over an hour and a half to speak with me. I enjoyed every minute of it. You would be hard pressed to find a custom motorcycle without something “Baker” on it. The company and it’s products are the Rolls Royce of the motorcycle industry. I got to know Bert some and he is a very cool guy. He is humble, funny, intelligent, and just a great person. He is an American story. He is one of very few whose efforts changed an industry. He appreciates his success and takes nothing for granted.
I think if you listen to the interview you will get to know an industry icon who is so much more than the amazing work he creates. The interview will be on The Family Jewels shortly.
