Billy Lane Court Appearance Scheduled

February 26, 2007

According to Florida Today, Billy Lane has been scheduled to appear March 16th for a docket sounding at the Moore Justice Center in Viera, Florida. This is for the DUI Manslaughter charge. The other charges of Driving With a Suspended License and DUI Serious Bodily Injury had been dropped as you may recall.

As of this time, the civil trial is still scheduled to begin on August 20th.

    WOW! I just saw the truck, either Lane hit more then the bike, or he was going excessively fast. Kinda lost some respect for the guy following this incident.

    Guess we’ll see what comes from this

    Looking at the truck it’s a was a wonder there wern’t a few more deaths .
