Punished!!!

September 27, 2007

hey,

I don’t know what I did or, which one of the things I did or, all the things I did to get punished by the almighty but, it’s still happening. We are having to send Trains computer back to the manufacturer for repairs. It’s a state of the art laptop which we bought when we started the beachcruiser. It’s kind of like the brain center of the operation and train makes it work. So, we’ll be here but the really best stuff will take about a week before we can get the puter back and post things. We still can post which I am doing right now(duh) but a lot of pics and other stuff will have to wait a few days. Train is pissed but we have backup and will plod along for now.I feel bad about not posting immediately some things we took and have been sent to us by friends and family but, we want to do it right.Doug Keim has sent us a preview of his build(Agness) for Las Vegas Bikefest which we want to share. Sam Herron sent us some pics of his new build, we got some great shots of Goldammer’s Bonneville masterpiece and more. We also have more from the Perewitz fall Foliage weekend. There is more and we will get it up(so to speak) as soon as possible.

We should hear more about Billy soon and we will report it when we have it. I can’t believe I’m thinking about Indy already but, I am. Rick has his big anniversary bash this weekend and anyone who can go is crazy if they don’t. He’s really going all out. You also have Las Vegas Bikefest this weekend which is a great event in sin city. We have only missed once before this year.

I’m getting my ride back from master mechanic Rocky Lane this weekend and it should purr like a kitten, roar like Zippy. I am excited about that.

We have some new things planned. We’re going to give away something to  an old and a new Family Jewels member. We’re going to start interviewing again. I’m calling Donnie Smith tomorrow who I have been wanting to interview for 6 months. He has been more than willing. I am the screw up. We have others lined up as well. www.thebeachcruiser.com  lives and although we get a little tired now and then we are still committed to be the very best custom motorcycle website out there for a very long time.
