V-Twin Coming UP

Hey,
Train and I are getting ready to head up to Cincinatti for the V-Twin Expo. This is an industry show that kicks off the season. It’s only February but this is it. The event is only open to industry people. It is a chance to see all of our friends and to see what everyone is up too for 2008.There is a lot of walking, a little talking and an amazing display of everything from Bikes to lights, to parts, to seminars, to a party or two.The actual event runs Saturday through Monday but most folks are there on Thursday or Friday to settle in and set up their booths.This is, in my opinion, the best show of the year.Most folks in the industry show up and the new stuff is always mind blowing. The only problem is, it is just too short.
It’s hard to believe that a whole year has passed since the last one.We will be there with camera’s to bring you stills and video of what we see and hear. We will also share our thoughts about the experience.We will stay in touch as usual only it may be over a rib or chicken at The Montgomery Inn.

Well brother , sister you enjoy Ohio. Have a great time with all that is there. Get a lot of pictures. Enjoy all the people you have met and the new friends you will met. Give us some insight on what is to come. I know you have a ruff row to hoe what with having to party with the likes of Rick,Perewitz (the puppy) Arlen,The Bakers and all the rest. What a ruff job. I know someone has to do it. And I can’t think of a better couple to undertake such a job. I on the other had have to go to Florida and Mississippi for 13 daze starting the 1st. Damn what a bummer. You in Ohio and I having to leave this climate (chill index now is 16 below). To go to Florida. Well bummer that it is you all enjoy your trip. Knuck

Thanks for the good wishes. It’s a whirlwind trip and we have to go by way of Detroit.I just hope we don’t get big delays and such. Train and I have had a rough time the last couple of trips.
We really don’t have any psrty plans this year.We will see Barb Elmore who is our friend from Sturgis. She lives there tear round and is a key player of the event. She is a great person.Dave doesn’t usually attend Cincy but, I am not sure about this year. Rick is busy with Hamster stuff so we don’t know if we’ll see much of him either. We’ll see our buddy Jack Macyntire of biker pics.org. He is a friend and event photographer. Now I’m not saying we won’t party some but nothing else is scheduled. It’a a very busy two and a half days but we are hoping to see a bunch of friends and as you said make some new ones.
What the hell is going on in Mississippi? I know your boy is in Florida but, who is in Ole Miss?

Ole Miss. has a nephew stationed there north of Biloxi. His mom,dad and aunt and visiting also. So it’s a family affair. Wife’s side.
