Only One Week Until the 3rd Annual Sturgis Builders Breakfast

Just one week until you spend the morning with over 20 of the top builders in the world!

Minneapolis, MN – (July 28, 2008) – If you are headed to Sturgis for the rally, please be sure to add the 3rd Annual Builders Breakfast to your list of things to do in South Dakota. The 3rd Annual Builders Breakfast taking place TUESDAY, AUGUST 5th at the Broken Spoke on Lazelle Street in Sturgis is looking forward to seeing you at the event and raising lots of money for Make A Wish, South Dakota.

“Just a couple of weeks ago, there was fear the event may have to be postponed due to low rally attendance projections. When I discussed this with the Builders, they immediately stood up and said NO WAY; we are doing this no matter what size the rally is. They came together and helped land on a revised plan to keep the event in the black so some pretty special kids from the Make A Wish South Dakota organization would see their wishes in 2008. I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm to make this happen” said event founder Darcy Betlach. “These guys all do this from their heart and it truly shows. It’s not about anything but the kids” finished Betlach.

With the rally literally around the corner, be sure to add the Builders Breakfast event to your plans while in Sturgis this year. No ticket required, donations accepted. The Builders will pass the “skull cap” to collect funds to benefit the South Dakota Make A Wish Foundation.

For the 3rd straight year the best Builders on the planet come to hang with you in an effort to make a couple of kids’ dark days a bit better. Please come and show your support! You’ll spend 1:1 time with Builders like Arlen Ness, Jerry Covington, Russell Mitchell, Zack Ness, Jim Nasi, Dave Perewitz, Paul Cox, Rick Fairless, Keino, Cory Ness, Paul Yaffe, Donnie Smith, Brian Klock… the list goes on and on. Benefits from the event proudly go to Make-A-Wish, South Dakota.

The Breakfast will be less about food and more about the kids. “We never really rolled out a gourmet meal in the first place, so if we pass on food and offer coffee and rolls, we think it will be well received” added Builder Paul Yaffe. “It’s about the kids anyhow, not about food. The Builders look forward to this event every year and this year will be better than ever” finished Yaffe.

In addition to waiving the ticket entry fee, the Builders will bring their bikes into the meet and greet area. You can come meet the best in the industry and have your picture taken with them on their bike! Also planned is an auction featuring one-of-a kind items.

The event tales place Tuesday, August 5 at 10:00 AM at the Broken Spoke on Lazelle Street.
