Hey,

It’s been raining here for 3 days.We were hoping for some clear skies but, no cigars.2007 is just around the corner so me and Train are getting ready for the new year.We think it’s going to be a good one.We need a good one.

The Beachcruiser marches on.We have lots of things planned and we are excited about that.We are expanding into video which will be exciting for us and  and another dimension for you. We are already lining up more interviews and our podcast library will continue to grow.We are expecting a lot to happen in the industry this year and we here at the beachcruiser will bring it to you. Our mantra is “we bring you the news first or damn close to it”. We will be attending the V-Twin expo in Cincinnati in just four weeks where we will get a chance to visit with our brothers and sisters and to see what we can expect in 2007. The expo is for industry insiders. It will give us the opportunity to see what magic has been created for us to enjoy. The event is only 3 short days which is not long enough. It is Cincinnati in the winter however, which kind of limits what you can do.Never the less, it is an opportunity to see most everyone at the same time. The closest thing to that is of course Sturgis. We will also attend a local show in Atlanta shortly after Cincy which we always try and attend. We have made plans for the Heritage in Charleston, South Carolina in April. This show will feature arguably the best line up of builders ever assembled for a build-off. The lure is a one million dollar, winner take all, prize. We’re set for Sturgis which is always exciting. We will add to our schedule as the year unfolds. We are hoping that our family members will be at the shows we can’t attend and will write about them, take photos, and send them to us so we can share them with all of you.The photos that Dawson took are an example of what we mean. Our partner, the great Rick Fairless goes to many events so, we know he will be telling you and showing you as only Rick can do.We are affiliating with a number of folks who will just make this website better and better. We are also hoping to attend a charity event that master builder and painter Dave Perewitz holds every year. We are excited about that.

Well, that’s just a small sampling of what to expect from the Beachcruiser this new year. There will be so much more!!! We are committed to taking this website to yet another level. A higher level. We want to thank every single person who has come here in 2006.It was our first year of life and we have been amazed and grateful for the response we have received. We are hoping that 2007 will bring a much larger family and a truly unique experience. We are committed to making this website the ONE place where people with a passion for motorcycles MUST visit. We have a dream you see and we are going to fulfill it.We ask everyone to dream along with us.

Tonight is a night of celebration and everyone likes to party. We hope that all of our family will be smart and stay off the road if they plan on tipping  more than a couple. We value each and every one of you and want everyone to stay safe.Life is good so, be smart. We have a great new year to share together.

We have a few more photos that Dawson sent us which we will post today. We have some Arlen Ness and some other photos which are excellent. Dawson did a great job and we appreciate his sharing his work.

Be cool, have fun, and tomorrow we start a new.
