I took a peek at their site. It looks like they do some nice work. Is this where you got your new ride?
Hi MM,
No, these guys do good work but I did not go straight custom. I am going to post a few photos of Archie 3 soon. I can tell you that he is a production custom that is one of 200 that will ever be made. Ah, what the hell. Archie 3 is a Cory Ness Victory Jackpot. The bike is their top of the line cruiser designed by Ness and made by Victory. I added a few features like Ness pipes and an S+S air intake. I also added chrome floor boards cause I like a stable place for my feet. Just a personal preference there.
I wanted to stay American and of course Harley was a consideration. This was a tough decision because I was really thinking bagger or trike or even a Suzuki Bergman scooter which is 650 cc and in my opinion, the best of breed. I was going to customize the scoot and it seemed practical and was fun to ride. In the end I just wasn’t ready for the Trike or Scooter yet. I just couldn;t get my jead into it after so many years riding street bikes. I have owned a few Harley’s,a Triumph 650 back in the day,a full blown custom and now Archie 3.
The decision came down to something that turned me on yet was a lot more affordable. Archie2 was a great motorcycle but,by the time I was done customizing him he was about $55,000. I didn’t want to spend so much and although Archie3 is not cheap my any means I walked out with the upgrades I wanted for less than half that amount. Archie 3 has purple as the paint theme which is the color of the Beachcruiser and the rest of the paint is kick ass for a color junky like me. Victory has a reputation for very few mechanical issues which was also a big deal. I wanted to have good power and torque without the headaches I have experienced previously. I wanted something unique and that turned me on. The bike goes and the S+S air box added about 3-5 horses. It has a 250 rear tire and it handles a lot easier than my custom or anything else I have owned previously. I am happy so far and I got an amazing deal on this bike with 4.9% financing and a free 5 year warranty. He also was available at 25% under msrp and although an 08 had 1 mile on him.
I feel like I got a ride that is American, unique at a reasonable price and it excites me every time I look at him. What more could you ask for?

I was wondering about a Victory. You once brought that up. My neighbor says his has been very good to him. He is on his second. Has the dresser one. Looking forward to the pictures. Don’t forget the pretty chick shots:)
You want to see Train Knuck? It’ll cost you. I didn’t know Victory made a Dresser. You must mean the Vision. Yeah, I considered that too. Happy 4th brother.

Is the Vision not ther dresser? Oh I best look at my cost options.
Yes Knuck,
We old timers call em dressers but most people to\day call em baggers. Actually, for what you get,the vision is a great motorcycle. A brand new one can be had for as low as around $17,000 up to around $24,000 for the Arlen Ness model which is the one I was thinking about. The motorcycle has gotten excellent reviews for comfort, ride and dependability. It is unique in it’s look and most either love it or can’t get their arms around the design. I think it’s pretty cool looking but looks wise I guess I like the Harley street glide. The Vision has lots of great stuff including an amazing design for protecting it if it falls or you drop it. It also is amazing how easy it is to pick up with that system. You probably can do much better price wise as they are dealing on brand new 08′s and 09′s. They had %4.9% financing when I bought mine and I got a really good price. They may also throw in a 5 year complete warranty for FREE. It’s an excellent choice.

Bought parts from this dude since 08. Now he is out business and owes 2300.00. I am taking him to court. Don’t deal with this guy.
